This policy explains how Super Jaden World, published by Skailer, handles information when you create an account and play the game. For privacy questions or requests, contact postmaster@skailerapps.it.
Information we process
Account information: nickname, email address, selected country/nationality and gender, password stored on the server as a hash, email verification information and the date and language of acceptance of the in-game notice.
Game information: personal best completion time, ranking position and the yes/no answer you give at the end of the game. Gameplay may also use progress, virtual coins, items and settings on your device during play.
Technical information needed to provide and protect the online service, such as a session identifier and server connection logs (which may include IP address and request time).
Why we use it
We use account details to create and secure your account, verify your email, let you sign in and reset your password. Your selected gender determines the displayed avatar; your selected country supplies the flag. Game information supports records, the world leaderboard and your end-of-game feedback. Technical information supports operation, troubleshooting and security. Providing registration information is necessary to use the account and online ranking features.
These activities are carried out to provide the game service you request and, where applicable, for our legitimate interest in keeping it secure. We do not use your game information for targeted advertising or sell it.
What other players see and service providers
The world leaderboard shows your nickname, country flag, ranking position and best completion time to other players. It does not show your email address, password, gender or feedback answer. The game and email service are hosted through Aruba, which processes information needed to provide hosting and email delivery. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. We do not sell player data.
Security and retention
Connections between the app and our server use HTTPS. Passwords are stored as hashes; access to records and feedback uses a game session. We retain account information, records and feedback while the account is active. When a verified account deletion request is fulfilled, the account and associated records and feedback are removed from the live database. Limited server logs or backups may remain for a technical or legally required period before being removed under the hosting provider's retention cycle.
Your choices and account deletion
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing postmaster@skailerapps.it. To request deletion, write from the email address associated with your Super Jaden World account and use the subject “Super Jaden World — Account deletion”. We may ask you to verify that you own the account. Deleting an account also removes its nickname from the leaderboard, its record and its feedback; it cannot be undone. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We may update this notice when the game changes. The date at the top identifies this version.

Dati trattati

Dati di gioco: miglior tempo di completamento personale, posizione in classifica e risposta sì/no data alla fine del gioco. Durante la partita il gioco può utilizzare sul dispositivo progressi, monete virtuali, oggetti e impostazioni.
Dati tecnici necessari al funzionamento e alla protezione del servizio online, come l’identificativo di sessione e i log di connessione del server (che possono includere indirizzo IP e orario della richiesta).
Finalità
Usiamo i dati dell’account per crearlo e proteggerlo, verificare l’email, consentire l’accesso e recuperare la password. Il genere scelto determina l’avatar mostrato; il Paese scelto determina la bandiera. I dati di gioco servono per i record, la classifica mondiale e la risposta finale. I dati tecnici servono per funzionamento, diagnosi dei problemi e sicurezza. I dati di registrazione sono necessari per usare l’account e le funzioni online della classifica.
Il trattamento serve a fornire il servizio di gioco richiesto e, ove applicabile, al nostro legittimo interesse a mantenerlo sicuro. Non usiamo i dati di gioco per pubblicità mirata e non li vendiamo.
Cosa vedono gli altri giocatori e fornitori
La classifica mondiale mostra agli altri giocatori nickname, bandiera del Paese, posizione e miglior tempo. Non mostra email, password, genere o risposta finale. Il gioco e il servizio email sono ospitati tramite Aruba, che tratta i dati necessari per hosting e invio delle email. I dati possono essere comunicati anche quando richiesto dalla legge. Non vendiamo i dati dei giocatori.
Sicurezza e conservazione
Le connessioni tra l’app e il nostro server usano HTTPS. Le password sono conservate sotto forma di hash; l’accesso a record e risposte avviene mediante una sessione di gioco. Conserviamo dati dell’account, record e risposta finale finché l’account è attivo. Quando viene completata una richiesta verificata di cancellazione, l’account e i record e la risposta a esso associati vengono rimossi dal database attivo. Log o copie di backup limitati possono rimanere per un periodo tecnico o imposto dalla legge e sono poi rimossi secondo i cicli di conservazione del fornitore di hosting.
I tuoi diritti e cancellazione dell’account
Puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica o cancellazione dei tuoi dati scrivendo a postmaster@skailerapps.it. Per chiedere la cancellazione, scrivi dall’indirizzo email associato all’account Super Jaden World e usa l’oggetto “Super Jaden World — Cancellazione account”. Potremmo chiederti di verificare la titolarità dell’account. La cancellazione elimina anche nickname dalla classifica, record e risposta finale; non è reversibile. Puoi inoltre presentare reclamo all’autorità competente per la protezione dei dati personali.
Potremo aggiornare questa informativa quando il gioco cambia. La data in alto identifica questa versione.
